Terms of Service

White Candle provides platform access, promotion, and lead delivery infrastructure: a dedicated funnel, call booking, and a dashboard. Your daily or recurring charge covers access to this infrastructure and the promotion of your business. It is not a guarantee of any specific number of leads, bookings, or business outcomes.

• An initial charge equal to your first day’s budget is billed when you set up your account
• Daily recurring billing at your set budget begins once your profile is complete and active
• You can change your daily budget or pause promotion at any time from your dashboard
• Failed payments pause active promotion until payment is resolved

You agree to provide accurate business information, use the platform only for legitimate business purposes, and not misrepresent your business, licensing, or qualifications to Leads.

Lead volume and quality can vary based on market conditions, budget, service area, and other factors outside our control. Charges reflect access to the platform and promotion infrastructure, not a guaranteed outcome.

You may pause or stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms.

The platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Candle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
